Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Purchasing, a division of Financial Management Services, obtains materials, supplies, equipment, and service agreements and secures bids for materials and services for the City of Winston-Salem, Forsyth County, the City/County Utilities Commission, and the Winston-Salem Transit Authority. The Purchasing Department ensures that local governmental entities receive the best goods and/or services for the best price.

The Purchasing Division is in City Hall, 3rd floor, Suite 324.
