Direct departmental administration/management; serve as staff adviser to the Human Relations Commission; supervise investigations, trainings and certified mediations; supervise and conduct unlawful workplace harassment/EEO training; provide consultation regarding Landlord /Tenant Law and Fair Housing Law; administer the City's Limited English Proficiency Program; and administer and write grants.
