Pay your Utility/Stormwater bill faster and easier!
PAPERLESS BILLING & PAY ONLINE
Steps for Paperless e-billing for Water/Sewer/Stormwater charges:
- Access the Pay Bills web site at www.cityofws.org/waterbill
- Enter your 7-digit account number
- Enter your 4-digit PIN (PIN is the last 4 digits of your customer #)
- Click on Fill out service request or send a message
- Beside the Issue Types select Paperless Billing from the drop-down list
- Select Form
- Answer the 5 questions provided and select Submit
A customer service representative will review your request and apply the information to your account to begin paperless billing.
Options for paying bills online
Your PIN is found on your statement, last 4 digits of your customer number.
CREDIT CARD ONLINE: On the city web site, click on Pay Bills in the left column of the page. You will need your account number and PIN to login.
TELEPHONE: Use our Automated Telephone System to pay your bill. You will need your account number and PIN to login. Dial (336)727-2355 and follow the instructions.
ONLINE BILL PAY SERVICE: Use your bank's online bill pay service to have an electronic payment sent directly to us to update your account.
AUTOMATIC DRAFT: Complete the Authorization for Automatic Draft below and send it in with your current bill, payment, and a voided check. The draft will begin with your next statement. You will continue to receive a statement in the mail.
