The Farmer's Market at the Dixie Classic Fairgrounds is held year-round, every Saturday from 6:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

There are many recreational opportunities for all ages at the city recreation centers. Enjoy the use of our many city parks. There are also many Greenways in Winston-Salem for your walking, riding, and running enjoyment.

Winston-Salem’s City Hall is on the National Register of Historic Places. City Hall was built in 1926 and is Winston-Salem’s only example of Renaissance Revival civic architecture.

Winston-Salem Entertainment-Sports Complex
The Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum Complex has been renamed to include all the venues - including the LJVM Coliseum, the Dixie Classic Fairgrounds, the Joel Coliseum annex, Bowman Gray Stadium, the Joel Coliseum Theatre, and Ernie Shore Field.
