The original Thomas Water Plant served us for almost a hundred years. As the plant aged, it was less able to meet modern water quality requirements. That's why Utilities replaced it with a modern plant that will serve us for another hundred years. I'm Kenny Atkins with City/County Utilities, and I'm working for you.
