Winston-Salem Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization Handbook
To assist Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) members in their participation in the MPO, staff has prepared a handbook that summarizes the major steps and explains the major products in the transportation planning process.
This handbook also contains committee membership rosters and by-laws, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and the newly revised Street and Highway Map for the Winston-Salem MPO area.
