At this meeting, you will have the opportunity to learn more about:

- Its aesthetic enhancements; and
- The ways it will benefit both motorists and pedestrians.

You will also leave with a better understanding of what noise walls are, how they work and where the N.C. Department of Transportation proposes locating them on this project. This is important for those of you living near the project, because you will receive a ballot in the mail in May from NCDOT, asking you to vote on the proposed noise walls along U.S. 52 and the Salem Creek Connector in your neighborhood.
