Urban Circulator Request for Qualifications
The City of Winston-Salem Department of Transportation (WSDOT) in cooperation the Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART) is seeking to engage a qualified private consulting firm to conduct an Alternatives Analysis for an Urban Circulator system in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Private firms are invited to submit letters of interest and completed RFQs for providing the requested project development, to the City of Winston-Salem Department of Transportation at 100 East First Street, Suite 307, Winston-Salem, NC 27101, Attention Stanley F. Polanis, Director of Transportation by 5:00 p.m. on April 1, 2011. Letters of interest and completed RFQs submitted after this deadline will not be considered. Seven (7) total letters of interest and completed RFQ’s are required. Firms submitting fewer copies will not be considered. In addition the MPO would like to have one electronic (PDF) version of the proposal submitted to minimize the time needed to transmit proposals to the reviewers.
Firms submitting letters of interest and completed RFQs are encouraged to carefully check them for conformance to the requirements in the documents below. If letters of interest and completed RFQs do not meet these requirements or if they are delivered to any office other than the WSDOT administrative office they will be disqualified. No exception will be granted.
