We plan, design, construct, and operate the system of bike routes, roads, and traffic signals in Winston-Salem to aid the flow of traffic and minimize congestion. We also operate the city-owned parking lots and decks in the downtown area. Sidewalks are added and repaired in order to promote walking in our city!

• January 2012 Transportation Planning Documents Review
  The Winston-Salem Metropolitan Planning Organization, has three documents out for public review beginning January 19. These include amendments and modifications to the 2012-2018 MTIP, the Draft Air Quality Determination, and the list of Federal and State Funds Obligated in 2011. Find out more about the review documents.
