Vegetables are never better than when they are home grown. Find out how to grow your own vegetables for home use. We will discuss growing your own transplants, fertilizing, weed control, how to prepare your soil, heirloom seed saving and other important cultural practices to have a successful vegetable garden. This lecture is for beginners, but experienced gardeners are welcome to attend.
