2011 Forsyth Invitational

ELIGIBILITY: Must be a resident of Forsyth County and have reached eighteenth birthday before the first round of the tournament. All golfers must have their amateur status by the tournament deadline.
ENTRY FEE: $50.00 - checks payable to Forsyth Invitational Golf Tournament.
This does not include green fee or cart fee.
TOURNAMENT: 54 Holes
- Tournament will be pre-flighted, flight for every twenty in tournament.
- Morning and afternoon tee times on Friday.
- Pairing will be done by tournament committee and no special request.
- Friday A.M. tee times will play Sat. P.M. - Friday P.M. tee times will play Sat. A.M. no exception.
ENTRY DEADLINE: 5:00 pm, Friday, July 29, 2011. Application must be mailed to: W-S Recreation Department, Attention: Dick Butler, P.O. Box 25ll Winston-Salem, NC 27l02, or hand carried to the Recreation Department, 100 E. First Street, Stuart Municipal Building, Suite 407.
PRIZES: The large championship trophy must be won three times for permanent possession.
- Plaques for champion of each flight.
- Gift certificates for top 4 places each flight
