Incident Description
Patrolman G. C. Hailey was killed in a motocycle accident on Stadium Drive when a dog ran into his motorcycle and became stuck in the front wheel. Patrolman Hailey was thrown from the motorcycle and received fatal head injuries.

Patrolman Hailey was survived by his wife and two sons.
