Monthly Planning Board Items

The City-County planning Board holds meetings on the second Thursday of each month at 100 East First Street within the Bryce A. Stuart Municipal Building in the Public Meeting Room on the 5th floor. Meetings begin at 4:30 p.m., however; citizens interested in speaking in support or opposition to a scheduled public hearing item should arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to sign up to speak. Rezonings, Special Use Permits, and UDO Text Amendments are subject to public hearings while preliminary subdivision approvals and Planning Board Review (PBR) items do not require a public hearing. Citizens are welcome to attend these public meetings.

See the 2010 calendar [pdf/30kb/1p] for important deadlines and Planning Board events, such as public hearings.

Information about these public meetings is available online. You may view the agenda, maps, staff reports, and minutes of this and previous month's public hearings by clicking the desired month below.
