Bolton Elementary School- Mr. Gilliam's 5th Grade Class

On February 26, 2010, Wilson City became the ideal town for the 5th grade class at Bolton Elementary School as they were introduced to City-County Planning. The classroom was turned into the public meeting room where students took on the roles of developer, planner, elected official(s) and citizens. City-County Planners helped to guide the activities and the city's growth throughout the exercise.
