Elizabeth Avenue and Miller Street Closing for Sewer Repairs

Elizabeth Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Miller to Melrose streets on Monday, June 28, for sewer repairs.

Miller Street will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday at Elizabeth Avenue to replace a collapsed manhole. Both areas will be closed intermittently on Thursday and Friday for pavement repairs. Detours will be posted.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging sewer lines in parts of the Ardmore neighborhood. Work is expected to last through August 2010.
