Elizabeth Avenue and Academy Street Closing for Sewer Repairs

Utilities Division - July 15, 2010

Elizabeth Avenue and Academy Street will both be closed to through traffic between Irving Street and Hawthorne Road on Monday, July 19, for sewer repairs. The roads are scheduled to reopen on Thursday July 22. Detours will be posted.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging sewer lines in parts of the Ardmore neighborhood. Work is expected to last through August 2010.
