Ardmore Streets Closing for Sewer Repairs

Utilities Division - July 29, 2010

Portions of Rosewood Avenue, Elizabeth Street, and Academy Street will be closed starting Monday, Aug. 2, for sewer repairs.

Rosewood Avenue will be closed to through traffic between Melrose and Magnolia streets.

Elizabeth Street will be closed to through traffic between Irving Street and Hawthorne Road.

Academy Street will be closed to through traffic between Irving Street and Hawthorne Road.

Detours will be posted.

All three streets are scheduled to reopen to traffic on Thursday, Aug. 5.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging sewer lines in parts of the Ardmore neighborhood. Work is expected to last through August 2010. For more information, call City Link at 727-8000.
