West Salem Utility Project Update

Construction on Albert Street between Green and Cotton streets is completed and the street reopened to traffic.

Construction on Apple Street between Cotton and Gregory streets is scheduled to continue for two more weeks.

Construction on Bank Street between Granville Drive and Gregory Street is expected to continue for one more week.

Detours are posted for all closed streets.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging water and sewer lines in part of the West Salem neighborhood. Work is expected to last through March 2009.
