West End Utility Project Update

Construction on Pilot View Street is finished and the street has been reopened to traffic.
Construction continues on Sixth Street between Summit and Broad streets, and on Manly Street between West End Boulevard and Summit Street. Detours are posted.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging water and sewer lines in most of the West End neighborhood. Work is expected to last through July 2008.
