West End Utility Project Update

Construction on Glade Street between Fourth and Clover streets will begin on Monday, Feb. 15. Work should last about three weeks. A detour will be posted.

Clover Street between Carolina Avenue and Glade Street is now open, as is Sunset Drive between First and Forsyth streets. Construction continues on Sunset Drive between Forsyth and Glade streets. A detour is posted.

The Utilities Division is replacing aging water and sewer lines in most of the West End neighborhood. Work is expected to last through July 2008.
