Garbage, Recycling, Yard-waste Collections Postponed by Winter Storm

Garbage, curbside recycling and yard-waste collections in Winston-Salem for today and Friday will be postponed a day because of the winter storm. Collections normally scheduled for today will be collected on Friday, Feb. 2, and Friday collections will be made on Saturday.
