WSTV 13 Wins Savvy Award

The Trash Busters music video produced by the WSTV 13 staff for the Housing and Neighborhood Services department won 3rd place in the Promotional Video category for  a city of our size at the 3CMA Conference 2006 Savvy Awards in October.

The Trash Busters music video airs on WSTV 13,  as a way to highlight the problem of illegal dumping and to raise awareness of the Trash Busters program. Citizens can call to report illegal dumping in the city and if the information is used to arrest and convict the perpetrator, a cash reward is given to the caller who provided the information.
