This summit is for housing professionals and focuses on the state of fair and affordable housing. Lunch will be served. 11:30 a.m., Winston and Salem Rooms, LJVM Coliseum.

Topics Include: Barriers to Fair and Affordable Housing, Overextended Mortgage Ratios, Appraisals, Fair Housing Issues: Domestic Violence and Sexual Orientation Discrimination
