Fire Station One "A.B. Bullard Fire Station"

Location: 651 N. Marshall Street
Fire Station One is home to Engine Company One, Truck Company One, and Battalion One, and is located in District One. Station One, a four-bay station, was placed into service in 1976; it was named in honor of Fire Chief A.B. Bullard. Fire Station One is assigned 10 personnel each shift.
Truck Company One is assigned the rescue specialty of Structural Collapse in the city.
Station One also houses the Air Resource Unit which includes an Air Resource Truck & Air Cascade Supply Trailer that is used to supply additional air bottles and air supply to fire scenes. Station One’s district includes all the Downtown high-rise and surrounding residential areas. This station also serves other companies at locations such as Baptist Hospital, Old Salem, LJVM Coliseum, and other business areas.
