This program provides contract administration services, payments and reimbursements to contractors, coordinates the execution of agreements with the State of North Carolina, private developers, and other agencies.

This program provides contract administration services, payments and reimbursements to contractors, coordinates the execution of agreements with the State of North Carolina, private developers, and other agencies.

This program also is responsible for portions of the subdivision review process and for developing appropriate agreements with developers related to the extension of water and sewer utility lines.

Financial & Record Information provides information concerning the City's infrastructure to developers, engineers and the public. This program also develops appropriate assessments for those properties requiring an assessment payment; and is responsible for issuing water and sewer permits in compliance with State regulations.
