Design Operations

This program provides for design engineering for City, County, State, and Federally funded infrastructure projects in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County. This program is responsible for project design, developing specifications, cost estimates, and bid proposals.

Design Operations works extensively with the public to provide water and sewer services to citizens in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County. This program is also responsible for roadway and bridge design projects and is currently working on projects financed with voter-approved general obligation bonds.
