Tree Ordinance

The Winston-Salem Tree Ordinance was adopted on July 20, 2009.

At the July 20 public hearing, City Council considered three versions of the ordinance: The October 2008 version, the version recommended by the Planning Board in December 2008, and the May 2009 compromise version. These ordinances are available online.
